Worried about a payment?

  • If you've made a payment and there's a problem with it, talk to us first

    Let us know first if there's a problem with a payment amount you made. If we can't or won't rectify it, we'll inform you and provide instructions on what to do next. You can contact us using the live chat or contact form in the support page:

    • Visit the support page and complete the contact form
    • Choose 'Transaction errors' as the subject
    • Enter your message, ensuring you include all necessary details about the transactions in question

  • If you don't recognise a payment, check if it could be genuine

    Not all unrecognized payments are fraudulent. Before you contact us, please consider if it could be:

    • A payment you mistakenly made by specifying incorrect details
    • A payment made by someone else who shares your account
    • A recurring payment that you've agreed to but are no longer aware of
